Any vendor selling food products of any kind must review these guidelines each year (yes, they change!) and ensure that all appropriate food permits and approvals are in place prior to vending at our market.
Food Permits and Letters of Approval for the sale of meat (from Interior Health) must be provided to our market manager prior to your first market attendance.
All vendors selling soap, cosmetics or skincare products of any kind must abide by Health Canada regulations for these products and complete the cosmetic notification form as instructed by following the link above.
